Manufacturers of pates, dips, fishcakes and sandwiches will be interested in the newly launched Monrose™ Scottish Mackerel Fillets . They are skinless, boneless and entirely free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The fillets are packed in brine in 3kg cans perfect for manufacturers.
Monrose™ Scottish Mackerel is certified as a sustainable seafood by MSC. This product provides one of the highest levels of Omega 3, also high in protein, plus iron, and vitamins A , B and D.
