Meats
The Factory can manufacturers formed, reformed & whole muscle hams, sausages and bacons for use in Ready Meals, Sandwiches and Salads. Many of the products are bespoke to individual customers’ requirements. The products can be IQF (individually quick frozen) or chilled and can be sliced or diced.
During 2008 the factory was awarded 17 medals in the recent Taste of the West Awards.
