Environmental / Carbon Footprint
During 2008/2009 Food Network will offset any carbon produced by employees driving to and from the office or whilst on company business. We will be working with BeeCarbonFree.com. Planting UK broadleaf trees at the planting site in Cambridgeshire.
Our aim for 2009/2010 is to calculate and offset the carbon produced by our UK hauliers delivering products to our customers.
Following on from this in 2011/12 we will plant a minimum of 100 trees to offset our carbon footprint produced by our sea and road freight, from outside the UK.
